Hey guys, first as always, deserved kudos for an amazing product!
I'm an Raven MTX owner, (actually it's the prototype used in the early Raven MTX videos;), and I'm wondering if the current and pending version of Raven software is compatible with Pro Tools 12.
Thank you!

Raven works fine with PT12. It's just that there are a couple bugs in PT12 that need to be fixed as some batch commands don't work properly.. Hope they are fixed soon, but for the most part it works well..

Hey Ravenous,
Although it works...we will not be releasing until avid fixes a few things on their end. As soon as we have a planned release I will be sure to announce on here.
Kind Regards,

jameyz how did you even get it to open? I just installed PT12 and when I try launching the raven software it says "Please launch Pro Tools 11 before launching Rave MTi PT11" even though I have I have PT 12 open. It seem that the Raven software doesn't recognize PT12 as PT11

Hey Gus,
We briefly put a build into beta that was 12 compatible. At the moment it is not available. Stay tuned for updates.

I just got my MTi and am using Pro Tools 12 as well. It looks like I need to wait to be able to use this thing. I'm replying so that I can be notified of any updates.

If you have PT11 in addition to PT12 you can: Start 11 Start Raven Close 11 Start 12

Pro Tools 12.1 was released yesterday, was wondering if this addressed the issues you guys had. And when can we expect raven software to be compatible with PT 12. Thanks!

Bug is still there. I am surprised it's not a bigger issue with users.. Since I don't think I could work in PT without being able to cursor and type in plug in and send menus.

Yes I co-installed PT 11.3 with PT 12 and using 11 with the Raven... , though I wanna try the hez workaround. It would be nice to know which bug is this.

It still doesn't work however the workaround is stable enough to work if you can get around the Yosemite graphic flash bug...
