I notice there's a few commands in the Quicklist that use mouse commands. Is there a way of programming our own custom mouse clicks, etc? Or can we only use custom key commands?

Just key commands. But let us know any mouse clicks you want and we can try to have them in the next update. What are do you want to click??

I just never liked the way that PT names duplicate playlists with numbers, etc. Was hoping to create a batch command that duplicates the current playlist, then switches back to the original playlist for a new take. That way my most recent take is on my playlist with a simple, neat name.
Hardly a game changer but it's just a way I like to work.

Hi guys,
Just to add to what Jamey said, there are mouse movements and clicks included in the quick list with certain items. The addition of recordable mouse movements is in development.

But let us know any mouse clicks you want and we can try to have them in the next update. Launch Safari and order pizza. But really the email song command looks awesome, would love to see more of that. uploading to Dropbox would be cool.

Here are a few I can think of after my first MTX 2.0 session today: Mute clear as well as Solo clear (which already exists) X-Or Solo mode Show volume automation for all tracks Show pan (L and then R) automation for all tracks Show mute automation for all tracks (I guess also send A-J level, etc)
Really loving the ones that exist already.

Hi guys, I am moving this thread to the Batch Command Exchange . Also many of the show automation Batch Commands already exist, explore the different layouts and the quick list we have provided. Very cool ideas. I can totally program a mute clear.. Automation lane BC's would be cool. But I think the problem would be mono and stereo would be different commands... But I will program both and see how it goes.. Thanks for the input...

Yeah, the stereo automation lanes would be tricky, though I have found when holding down option and bringing up .L pan, that all pan automation lanes come up for mono tracks as well. You might just need a .L/mono one and a separate .R one. As a post guy I'm dying for this one.
The other one I thought up today was separate group enables. So, an All group on and off, and then an a-z group enable. These types of commands that get rid of wrist movements are key IMO.
On that line a solo all tracks in group X and then also a mute all tracks in group X would be super helpful as well. Actually, that would be huge.

Note, the turn groups on and off is already available via memory markers, but the advantage of using a Raven batch button is that you can label it and find it easier. I find on the stuff I do (post) I have hundreds of memory markers, and my first 6 are dedicated to track views.
One of the reasons I wish I could use V-Control along side the raven is that I'd love an ipad sitting next to me dedicated to memory markers and the transport, but I digress....

Hi Actualsizeaudio,
Thank you for your input. I will look into the possibility of running the programs together.

I'll try those this afternoon. Are there instructions posted somewhere on how to import these?

Hmmm.. I'm navigating to the quick list/user area, hit load, see the file, select it, then nothing happens. Nothing comes up in that user window. Any ideas?

That will be a happy day. I'd like to be able to physically do something and the software record the movements as a command. For example, here's my idea for a Melodyne Transfer command... First I highlight the area to be transferred and the tracks, then: - open Melodyne plugin as an insert - show the plugin window - click transfer - play selection - close the plugin window (next track) I'd assume the Batch Commander would do this one track at a time for all the selected tracks. Also... (after editing something in Melodyne) - route selected track to new audio track - record / print selection on new track - rename the track (next track) Is there a way to do this currently?
