Hi everyone. I've just bought a Raven MTi2.
I'm on OS X 10.12.4 and I'm using Pro Tools 2018. I registered my product and I have the working license on my iLok.
When I install the drivers, I open UPDD and it says "Evaluation: 100 clicks 0 days". I launch V-Control. I launch Pro Tools. I launch Raven MTi App.
At my FIRST click, UPDD says "Package Expired". Stop. No way to let it work again. I have to Reinstall it just to have 100 clicks.
Everything is set like your videos. I also tried to downgrade, but nothing worked for me.
Please help.
Best

The touch driver installer expired, we are uploading new installers now, please file a support ticket and we will get you the latest touch driver.

THanks Gabriel You just need to open the RAVEN app to license UPDD, As soon as you open the Raven MTi app it will register the UPDD Touch Driver with the computer and you will no longer get that message even if the Raven app isn't opened. You can also just select "Unlock Multi-Touch" from the RAVEN drop menu.

Hey I'm having this problem with 3.6.2 even after a clean install. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven. Hello Jamey, hoping you can help as you have before. I was having an issue where my custom UPDD gestures kept getting reset. I'm not certain, but it seemed to follow launching the Raven software at times. So, I trashed my UPDD preferences which didn't help (they stopped working). Then, I reinstalled the UPDD driver package. It worked for about 5 minutes and now I'm getting a message that you had to fix several months ago: "UPDD: The Package License has Expired". This can't continue to happen when I'm trying to work, it's a production killer. Please help!

To boot, not only has the "package expired" but the UPDD gestures I've set up are reverting again. Please help.
