Im a Raven newbie, so forgive any ignorance. Trying to create some productivity commands. I basically get how the system works and have successfully created many commands.
I am stuck on a key command that does not appear to execute in the batch system:
There is a Logic Pro X key command to make the playhead go to the beginning (Cntl-Home) or end (Cntl-End) of the selected region. When I type this on the keyboard it works. But when I execute it from the batch commander, it doesn't work.
Whats up?
Thanks!

This is probably due to that key command being mapped on your system else where and stealing it before Batch Commander can get to it. Check your keyboard shortcut settings in System Preferences. However, it works fine for me on my system so here are those Batch Commands. CNTRL END.ravbc (535 B) CNTRL HOME.ravbc (538 B)

Fantastic and thanks for pointing me to prefs I would not have thought to look there. I could see that being an issue in any number of circumstances.
Much appriciated.

Well, just to follow up, the commands you sent are exactly what I already had. No worky. I did what you suggested and there are no global mac commands using home or end on my High Sierra system. For sanity I temp turned off everything in the Sys Prefs -> Keyboards pane. Furthermore, it doesn't appear that any key command involving the home or end keys work through my raven setup, not just the cnt-l combined ones. So I just reassigned the keys to get me going. (However, I realize I'll need to reset these keys commands whenever I update Raven.)
Wish I could figure this out. For years I've been using those command(s). I find it very strange it works for you and not me. And that it works in Logic and not in BC. My mac is not hugely customized on purpose, so I can easily swap things out.
I have this workaround (change the key mapping), but its not really portable as I like to keep the defaults if I can. Any other ideas that I might try?

These are the same commands as you sent before. Maybe you uploaded wrong commands? I just want to be clear, I know the commands to execute, I am saying they are ignored when executed from BC.
BTW: If you are attempting the cntrl-fn-left arrow/cntrl-fn-right arrow, these will translate to cntrl-home/cntrl-end in BC. as effectively this is the same command on a Mac. :-(

These are the same commands as you sent before. Maybe you uploaded wrong commands?-( These are actually different programming on the back end and they work for me better than the other ones.

They just look like cntrl-home/cntrl-end in the editors. Same effect for me. (nothing). Is there something beyond the view?
Now, in resetting the key commands back to defaults to use these second commands, I now get a burp from the machine, which is great news. It probably implies I had a key command Logic issue (even though it worked).
I'm going to start from scratch, reset raven commands, because I want to understand what is wrong. What is more important is that, if it works for you, then it is plainly something on my system. That was really the impetus of my question. I'll work it out. When I do, I'll update this post for others who may experience impotent key commands.
Thanks dude!
P.S. Ive been a software developer for 25 years. If there is something technical you need to tell me, I can handle it ;-)

Yes, it will look the same but fires off a different key action then just programing the CNTRL HOME in the Batch Commander directly. Seems to be working great for me right now.

OK, I am experiencing even weirder issues now. However, I am convinced there is something jackup up with my key commands. So, let's call this thread closed.
