Hey Jamey
Where do I find the single blank buttons of various size .... How would I create a really long Mem locations strip.... make a custom Batch command group of ,say, 12 Buttons etc ?
Just trying to get intimate with the Raven by putting square edges on a round wheel.. I know everything has probably been done before, but for me and speed it’s all about muscle memory

You will have to clear out an existing panel.

Yeah that’s what I was doing, then I thought , it would be great to maximise space as the screens are the size they are...and I noticed that there were little buttons , not just the panels... with associated commands. Are there any of those accessible?

The little buttons are from RAVEN 2.0 so there is no way to get them back. But Steven had some ideas about dropping in some individual Batch Command buttons in the next big update.

That would be awesome, Customisable icons and strips would add to the flexibility of the workspace and really, tactile control that reduces the mechanics in the workflow is what this is all about isn’t it.🙂👍🙂👍 This is the whole reason I went down the Raven path. While I am at it... The 7.1.2 tracks fitting is a must, it’s a bugger something happened between updates. Thank you for getting this addressed for the next revision. Going between internal and external mixer or hiding and hiding the 7.1.2 tracks is very interrupting to workflow. Perhaps for the next big update ...
A BIG 2 HANDED PANNER WINDOW.
Unless you have a control surface with a joystick or a JLCooper controller, panning vertically and in the surround field simultaneously is challenging. Even then it would be far more efficient if it was done with A BIG 2 HANDED PANNER WINDOW. 😜 It would be great to have a surround panner at least as big as a plug-in and another one to control height. I know automation for diversity and width , lfe etc are something that are more of a planned thing , but for merely moving the image around in the Atmos and surround environment, A BIG 2 HANDED PANNER WINDOW would be ideal and put you ahead of existing workflows. This can be achieved with an iPad Protools control and the Pro Tools 7.1.2 panner window , but it’s very fiddly and very mechanical. It really should be as intuitive as using a fader. Come on guys , I know you can do it. Doing this as well as utilising instances of Argo Cult Spanner and Isono Anymix Pro ( For spinning and rotating and lifting 5.0, 5.1,7.0, 7.1,7.1.2 environments )as well as sonible frei:raum would make the management of imaging , proximity and Doppler just as natural as changing levels in volume. Cheers

V-Control Pro does have some panner options, so we are looking into some cool surround pan type of functions.

Well the vertical panner in the 7.1.2 can already be done in the protools remote on the ipad. Can you assign the internal mixer to the sends? Similarly to an aux to fader vibe? Bill
