Hi
I am looking for a way to automate the creation of an external MIDI Device track in LogicPro X in Batch Commander.
This is NOT an external MIDI track (key command: Alt, Command, X) this is a track where you select the MIDI output and the Audio Input, to allow you to play and a hardware synth.
(Track > New Track > Change Input to select "An external MIDI or USB Device" and the Audio channel(s) required, change Output to select the relevant the USB or MIDI Port)
If anyone can point me in the direction of how to achieve this I would really appreciate it. I have already been through the list of existing commands and tried to record the above process but to no avail.
Thanks
Robert

Here is the video on how to use the "Record" function. youtu.be/YiZBW1UEBVk?t=29m56s 2. After the input click add a key command to type in the name of the input you want. 3. After the output click add a key command to type in the name of the input you want. I can try to make a Batch Command this weekend for this..
