Since updating to 3.5 I'm getting a message repeatedly every time I touch the screen to "please run configure". I've run configure several times (at one point even got the "100 touch limit" and had to restart), I've tried different USB ports, different USB cables, reinstalled Raven and UPDD software several times, and I still get the message constantly. Running on a 2013 MacPro trash can with MacOS 10.13.2 and Pro Tools 12.8.3 (I get the message even before starting Pro Tools). Raven is connected directly to the computer. Thanks

As soon as you open the Raven MTi app it will register the UPDD Touch Driver with the computer and you will no longer get that message even if the Raven app isn't opened.

I've already opened the Raven app and still get the configure message every time I touch the screen. UPDD must not be seeing the display correctly. If you click the UPDD "Hand" icon up in the menu bar and check "Status" is it set to handle monitor 1?? Is the USB plugged directly into the computer or a hub?? If a hub try to plug direct into the computer, or if you are direct into the computer please try a different port.

Raven is connected directly to the computer. Have also tried through a hub and same result. Have tried 3 different USB cables, and each of the USB ports on the computer, same result. Also noticing multi-touch and gestures are not working, Single touch on any of the functions works (transport / soft keys / fader movers etc ) but gives me the config message each time. I've uninstalled UPDD and did a complete Raven reinstall a couple times now with no luck.
Thanks marc

hello, I have exactly the same problem, I did what is asked above, but it did not resolve this error message. thank you in advance for your help Click the Hand Icon in the menu bar and press "Configure". This will run through a setup screen, where you will need to "TOUCH" the X on the touch screen monitors, and "CLICK" the X on the screen that doesn't have touch.
