When loading the software it remains stuck at the splash screen "connecting to Ney Fi". I was under the impression V Control Pro was used instead. I have tried a fresh install of the Raven 3.3 software but still the same problem.

Right, the naming will be different in the next update and say "V-Control Pro" Be sure V-Control Pro is seeing the DAW before opening RAVEN as RAVEN won;y open if V-Control Pro is connected. This article explains how to be sure V-control is syncing with the DAW slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224357327-V-Control-Not-Connecting-to-DAW

Thanks Jamey, I had the same problem this morning but after another fresh install of the Raven software and PC restarts x 5 the issue seems to be sorted. I'm not certain but I think this may have been caused by not restarting my machine after a windows 10 security update several days ago...

Be sure V-Control Pro is seeing the DAW as RAVEN won't work if V-Control Pro isn't connected. If the DAW is greyed, then quit V-Control Pro and restart the DAW and V-Control Pro.
