I just got my Slate MTi2 delivered today, but I have already upgraded to High Sierra. I am using PT 12. I am not super computer literate, just enough to get into trouble. Am I in for a nightmare because of the upgrade? I really don’t want to roll back to Sierra, but I guess I will if I have to. Just run the latest RAVEN 3.3.1 installer from your slate account. However I have heard some nightmare stories of PT12 on High Sierra, so you maybe in for treat, but the RAVEN software will work great as long as you get the update.

HI, I've been holding off on updating anything because i was in the middle of some important projects.
I read through this thread but still a little confused... Is it ok to go ahead and update everything now?
This is my system as it stands.
Mac = OS 10.12.2 Logic Pro = 10.3.2 Raven = 3.3 ( i think? Not really sure where to find that one)
I Really need everything to go smooth on this. If you think everything is good to go for all the updates, could you please let me know in what order i should install them?
Also are there any other downloads i need for a smooth transition? (Touch drivers.. etc) Is it straight forward at this point or do you have any recommendations?
As always thanks for the support and Happy Hollidays.

HI, I've been holding off on updating anything because i was in the middle of some important projects. I read through this thread but still a little confused... Is it ok to go ahead and update everything now? RAVEN is fine, however Logic Pro runs terribly on my High Sierra computer. It takes 10 seconds to load when I click the Menu Bar, and I can no longer use channel settings to load and store presets. Mac = OS 10.12.2 Logic Pro = 10.3.2 Raven = 3.3 ( i think? Not really sure where to find that one) I Really need everything to go smooth on this. If you think everything is good to go for all the updates, could you please let me know in what order i should install them? Also are there any other downloads i need for a smooth transition? If you CMND I on the RAVEN application it will show the version. RAVEN 3.3.2 works great on High Sierra, but I don't any of the DAW's support it yet. So if you are in the middle of the project I wouldn't update. I still use El Capitan on my main rig and it works great.

Just updated to 3.3.1. and now my Raven MTI won't accept hand inputs at all... the only button that works is the "Hide Raven". every thing else including the faders are dead. I am running High Sierra 10.8.3. in an iMac with Pro Tools 12.8.3. If i touch the screen, the mouse follows the touch with no problems. I ran the UPDD "Calibrate" function and it is working fine.

Never mind, got it working. It looks that there was an error in my install last night. The UPDD TUIO failed to install and that was the reason it didn't work... Reinstalled the 3.3.2. update and it installed this time!

Hi jameyz, I've been entertaining moving up to High Sierra and been researching the web for any possible issues. I ran across the Sweetwater list of supported products, and the Slate Media products doesn't have the big green check next to it and their website indicates that I should check with you guys to confirm compatibility for the Raven. So far, of all my products, it appears the Raven MTi2 is the only item in question. - Should I make the move to High Sierra, or should I hold off with my MTi2???
- My 2nd question is, if I updated my driver to the latest v3.3.2, without upgrading my OS to High Sierra, will I have any issues with that driver in my current El Capitan OS?
I look forward to your response Thanks!

I will have sweet water update their website. You can update to 3.3.2 with out any issue. But we have 3.5 coming out soon that has a lot of new features and the latest drivers.

I bit the bullet and upgraded to High Sierra. My screen response is very laggy. I can runny finger in a circle around the touchscreen and the cursor will stop midway through the motion. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks! Kirk OS X 10.13.3 Late 2015 iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch) 3.2 GHz i5 16 GB RAM Raven MTi2 on 3.5
