Dear all,
Yesterday i bought Batch Commander, to work with Logic. Especially for making my own batch commands and assigning those to my own choosen keyboard shortcuts. (i don't wanna use the buttons in the batch commander panels) What i don't understand is this: To make your own batch command, you have to make a list of all keyshortcuts, assigned to the different actions you want to be executed. This implies that there will be way fewer keyshortcuts left, to assign to the batch commands itself that i wanna make.
Why is Batch Commander not developed in a way that you can just search for a "native logic" command and then drag that command in the list of a to be custom made Batch Command ?
An example: I wanna make a Batch Command, to repeat a selected Region 4 times: Wishful workflow would be: - i make a blank batch command list. - in Batch commander, i can search for the native logic command: "Repeat Regions/Events" - I drag this command to the empty batch command list, 4 times. - i save this as a custom batch command.
With this workflow, you can spare many keycommands, which you can use for assigning them to your own made batch commands.
If this is already possible, then , ofcourse i have said nothing :0)
Warm Regards.

You can essentially do that.
Find the Logic command you need. Assign some keys to trigger it if it doesn't have any assigned already. Go back to batch commander and input those key commands. Done.
You don't have to do it four times btw. You can just increment the repeat number on the right.
Only thing different from what you describe is lack of drag and drop which probably is not something possible from logic's list.
Hope that helps.

I wanna thank you for your help !

This is exactly what i don't want, cause that will "cost me" keycommands that i would rather assign to Batch commands. Just drag drop of native logic commands into a batch command list, to make a batch command of that, and then assigning that to a custom keycommand, would spare alot of keycommands, which could all be used to trigger numerous batch commands.

I think it would be very hard to run out of key command since there is about 344 possibilities. But some Batch Commands do use Menu Item Names and not the key commands. You can tell if you save a Batch Command to your user quicklist and then reload it. This will "unpack" the code behind the Batch Command.
