I'm unable to get Batch Commander to use my default or favorite plugins. I have setup defaults and plugins in Pro Tools, but when I run the Batch Command ADD FAV PLUGIN 1 TO INSERT A or ADD FAV PLUGIN 1 TO INSERT A it goes through the script but doesn't select anything. Please help. Joe I'm using Batch Commander 3.2.0 with PT10 on Mac 10.8.5 Snow Leopard.

If so you will need to use "Add Favorite PLugin HDX" Maybe this video will help explain more. If not setup a support session and we can take a look. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

Thank you. I resolved this and the problem was that I had Instruments showing above inserts in the mix window.

on an HDX system, do I need to find an ADD Favorite NATIVE plug in ? otherwise it seems to be crashing if the favorite isn't DSP

If you add one more "cursor down" key command it will select native. If Pro Tools or Batch Commander are crashing then something else must be wrong.

Thanks Jamey
This was on Cyndi's new MTX so I don't have constant access to it yet. But the add favourite to slot command crashed the Raven software consistently when the favourite was a native plug in. When I replaced the favourite with a DSP plug in, it worked.
I'll try the cursor down addition when I can.
But what will happen if the favourites list is a MIX of dsp and native plug ins??

Start a support ticket and we can figure out why. If you favs are DSP and Native I would suggest having a panel for each.
