If a hub try to plug direct into the computer, or if you are direct into the computer please try a different port. If that doesn't help, please try a different USB cable, as I have seen some USB cables not have enough power to power the touch screen. Perhaps UPDD Gestures or UPDD TUIO crashed, All the Best, Jamey Zebrack Raven Specialist | Slate Media Technology 323.656.2050 | jamey@stevenslate.com | www.slatesupport.com

Since the update, my touch gestures stop after about 30 minutes of use, I have the usb to my computer (macpro 2015) only thing that will fix it is a restart of my machine, this is really pissing me off, before the update everything was great! I cant run a session without restarting every 30 minutes!!! WTH!!! I think it is the updated UPPD drivers, I get the menu item with the exclamation marker when it dies. Please fix this or at least address this! I have a faderport 8 also and that works a treat but I rely on my touch screen for editing. I am using Studio one 3
Thanks in advance

As soon as you open the Raven MTi or Batch Commander app it will register the UPDD Touch Driver with the computer and you will no longer get that message even if the Raven app isn't opened. Else, can you try changing the USB cable.

my status says evaluation, attached are screen shots It will say evaluation until you restart, however you will not loose touch as long as the Raven app is opened, as to register the touch driver.

I have to restart after every 30 minutes. I open my Batch Commander and Studio One, I have to open MTi? The usb is the one that came with the Raven, not even a year old, do they fail like that, it is directly connected into my MacPro, but it is a USB 3.0 should it be USB 2.0 I have a hub that steps it down. Please let me know this is seriously causing me grief.

However the Raven didnt have my DAW Studio One 3 listed I used the enable touchscreen selection. Is that the correct procedure?

Did you figure out a way to fix this? As of right now, this issue has rendered my Raven useless.

If you click "apple" logo on the top left of the menu bar and go to "About This Mac" then select "System Report" do you see the USB touch device?? It will be called SiS HID Touch Controller. Is the USB plugged directly into the computer or a hub?? If a hub try to plug direct into the computer, or if you are direct into the computer please try a different port.
