When I installed the Raven software, at the end of the installation suddenly my cursor was stuck to the left side of the screen. So, I could not hit reboot. I turned off my computer manually and now my mouse doesn't work at all and the screen doesn't respond to my touch.
My Mouse is a Logictech M570 wireless.
I tried also using a ps/2 mouse and got nothing.
Should I contact support, or is this the right place?

Well, Windows seemed to figure it out. I rebooted it and got the message:
stop code: driver power state failure windows.com/stopcode
Then, when it restarted windows again I was able to launch Raven and go through all the steps.
However, when I started Pro Tools and Raven, the Raven interface is hidden behind the Pro Tools. So, I can't use any of the functions!
Any ideas how to remedy that?

I'll try to figure it out and get back if there's a problem.

The "Windows Manual"" link at your website is really a Mac manual: wpc.6a46.edgecastcdn.net/006A46/smt/raven/doumentation/3.1.0/mac/pro-tools/RAVEN%20MTi%203.1%20Pro%20Tools%20User%20Manual.pdfThe "Windows Video" also has a lot of Mac stuff and it has a lot of the directions that did not equate to Windows 10. So, instead of having an easy setup, I am having to weed through a lot of Mac stuff and not up to date Windows stuff. Having a true Windows manual, instead of one carved out of your Mac one would help me and any future Windows users you want to attract.
