I got my used Raven MTi2 a week ago and have not had a completely smooth experience with it so far. Experiencing several issues. Previous owner was a Pro Tools user, I'm on Cubase. I don't know if that matters. Don't know if the screen saves some DAW-specific settings or whatever in the firmware.
My setup: iMac mid 2011. i7 3,4 ghz. 16GM RAM. SSD drive. AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 GPU. MacOS 10.12 Sierra.
Issues: alignment. I've done everything to set it up both manually and auto. Added apps to accessibility, standard color scheme. 24 faders, no in/out. Still it won't aling completely, and actually now I only see parts of the Raven faders.
Sometimes the multi-touch will just stop working. Scrolling sideways in the mixer with two fingers will just stop responding.
My DAW has become slower on certain operations. I.e. opening a project. If I press open it takes a long time to present the open dialog-box.
The Raven is set up as primary monitor, although i change it when I'm using the computer for other tasks. In the OS I have several desktops I sometimes scroll through. I don't know, but that seems to disturb it.
Please help!

This should possibly be in the Cubase board. Feel free to move. I have worked out some of the issues. Didn't realize I had plugged into my USB hub, that certainly influenced the responsiveness of the touch. Also removing Cubase 8.5 from accessibility helped with the slow response from basic operations. Still there's offset in the mixer i can't solve. I've added a screenshot. Attachments:

You will need to setup your cubase mixer with the default colors. As the Internal mixer uses pixel detection to sync up with Cubase. Also, use the Banking buttons for banking in the Cubase Internal Mixer. Or use 1 or 2 finger swipe to bank. If projects are opening slow, remove Cubase from Accessibility, this must be an issue with Sierra.
