El Capitan 10.5.1 Logic and Cubase users may notice some issues with swiping "solos/mute/record" in the Internal Mixers not working.
I would recommend staying at 10.11.3 or .4 for the next couple weeks if possible.
I have noticed Pro Tools 12.5.1 working well with Raven on El Capitan 10.11.5 so this is mainly for Logic and Cubase users.

HI there... I switched to a Mac Pro running EL CAP 10.11.5 and PT 12.5.2, now having alignment issues with the Raven. Faders are not showing meters and gradually offset as more tracks are added and scrolled ( see pics ) The Add FAV plug ins command doesn't work properly either, most likely because of an alignment issue. I haven't checked on other alignment based issues yet. Not sure what I'm doing wrong in setting this up. It was working ( sort of ) on my laptop before I switched.

Something looks weird with the color of your ProTools mixer, check your system prefs display color preferences. Else try adjusting your pro tools color palette prefs. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215813558-Pro-Tools-Internal-Mixer-Alignment
