We are having an issue with one of our Raven MTI setups.
Here is our setup spec: Macbook Pro - OSX 10.13.6 Logic Pro X - 10.4.6 MTI USB connected directly to Computer DVI to HDMI - less than 6ft
Tried installing Raven package 3.6.2. Installation looks to go well and all components installed to their correct destinations. Tried to open Logic Pro X, but getting an error message upon launch - "Plug in device for "V-Control" missing" Logic then quits and does not open. Crash report follows
I uninstalled all Raven package components, deleted: com.apple.logic.pro.plist, restarted computer. Launch Logic Pro X - opens as normal.
FWIW - Pro Tools 2018 opens fine with Raven package installed. Also have an Imac running OSX 10.13.6 with Raven 3.6.0 on MTX-1 Both Logic and Pro Tools function as desired on that set up
Are there any known issues with my setup? Do I need the Raven 3.6.0 installers to make this work? Any info would help.
Thanks everyone!

Try trashing the Logic Controller Prefs.. Hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to /Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs and delete this preference file, then open logic. If that doesn't help, try trashing all the Logic preferences in this folder. com.apple.logic10 and com.apple.logic.pro.cs Here is the support article as well: slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036916354

Hi, unfortunately the two preference files you gave me are not there... You must be in the "HD library" and not the "User/Library" . Note that there are 2 different libraries on macOS. In order to navigate to the User/Library, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. osxdaily.com/2013/10/28/show-user-library-folder-os-x-mavericks/Here is the support article as well on how to fix this issue. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036916354
