I just downloaded Raven 3.6.....upon launching I'm getting an error saying "ERROR: Too many Touch Overlays."
I just saw the article about reconnecting with V Control and tried all of that, trashed some preferences...but nothing seems to be helping. I'm not able to get past this error screen on the dashboard and can't launch the Raven software. Any ideas?

However, this is an odd issue. Please file a support ticket: Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven..

No, I'm on one of the 2018 Mac minis... I am using an LG TV as a 2nd monitor if that makes a difference

I’ve had dual mti-1s working since 2014/2015 and today updated to 3.6 cos of a recent email fr Slate. I’m getting the same error message as the OP. (Too many touch overlays) I’m on a Mac Pro circa 2015 fully/highest spec ed .
Thanks

Just wanted to chime in and say that, upon updating to 3.6 this morning, I too received the same error as the other users in this thread. Switching to Manual Detect solved the issue for me, but I figured I’d share just in case that info is useful to Jamey and/or devs.

I'm also getting the message in the dashboard "ERROR: Too many Touch Overlays."
I've been utilizing dual Raven MTi2's mirrored at 2 workstations in my studio for about a year now. Everything worked flawlessly until I installed the latest 3.6 release.
EDIT:
Thanks for the Manual mode tip, that lets me launch the overlays now.
