Hey guys I just bought a Mti2. I'm running a MacBook Pro fully up to spec. I can't seem to get my USB connection to work. When I check on the status it says no registered devices. I've tried all my USB-C ports I'm using the USB cable that came in the box and I've tried a few other ones. I've tried two different apple USB to USB-C converters(the ones that the website recommended). there is no touch function on my MTi2...please help!

If you click "apple" logo on the top left of the menu bar and go to "About This Mac" then select "System Report" do you see the USB touch device?? It will be called SiS HID Touch Controller.  |
