FG-X Limiter owner Need to have my account re-enabled

Hello. No matter what I try I can't login to my account to redownload Slate Digital FG-X Mastering Limiter. Can you help me with my account? I prefer to deal with things in email. My email is samabate2k@gmail.com. I am using an older version of FG-X Mastering Limiter currently and I am considering testing Custom EQ and the Tube Compressor. I also have one more question. Is the virtual mix rack that costs $199 required to use the custom EQ because I know fg-x runs standalone. Don't bother telling me about the monthly/yearly everything bundle I'd be more interested in purchasing the whole of each plugin in the event that I choose the plugins to master/mix with. I find FG-X Mastering Limiter to be a wonderful tool to give more presence and lift to a mix rather than the usual pointless "transparent" limiters that are out there. I own the Waves API Collection and enjoyed using it for a vintage analog appeal and note that the Custom EQ set you offer is similar to Waves API Collection. Does anyone here know if Waves Waves Update Plan requires that you pay again to keep using the plugins or is it only to update them? Also why isn't the Slate Digital Tube Compressor available for full purchase yet? I notice FG Bomber is but not the Tube Compressor. FG Bomber like B17, eh? What a SNAFU.
