Yes I'm using the mix window when doing this one. The mouse does click on the first insert and the plugin selection menu pops up. Then I see things moving like they should (also it's a bit fast to see what is actually selected during the moves) and repeat for each insert as it should but the inserts are no removed in the end. Nothing changed as if it didn't do anything. The red line is perfectly aligned so I don't think it's the source of the problem. Do you have your default EQ and DYN setup in PT prefs?? Here is video of it working well on my 10.9.5 system.. This Batch Command "shift option clicks" each inserts, then cursors up to "no" and selects it. Perhaps there is not enough delay time or something. Here it is if you want to try to edit it or something... CLEAR INSERTS A-E.ravbc (4.09 KB) here is just insert a Clear Insert A.ravbc (876 B)

Yes default eq and dyn are selected. I tried your BC and it works perfectly. I just had to modify one of the key commands because it wouldn't select the right option to restore the track view which I tinkering is language related (my PT is in French so I had to replace the "S" with "R" in the key commands). Seems like it's a delay time issue as you suspected. I also have commands in the quicklist not working and now I'm starting to thing it coulb be because of the language PT is set in. Like the bring edit window to front for instance. I didn't have time to try too many of them so I don't know how much of them are not working. I'll try to switch PT in English and see what happens. Thank you again for your time and help 👍

You can try adjusting the keyboard settings when you are working with Raven. Else, will have to be re programmed for your specific language settings. We hope to support all languages in the future.

The keyboard is already in qwerty as the manual clearly said it should be. I meant the language inside PT itself. Now the recording function is working good I can modify what I need more easily. There is still the strange thing about the dock screwing the raven software when set to the bottom but other than that I think I'm all set ! Thank you again 👍

If anything the dock should only slightly move where Pro Tools windows are located. Perhaps its on 10.8 thing..

Ok so I wanted to make a picture but it seems the issue no longer exists... Now the dock happily lives in the bottom with no problem at all. Maybe the 10.8 fix file you posted fixed this also...? Anyway everything works like a charm now, I'm golden 👍 Thank you very much

Any resolution for this? Having the same issue. 10.12.4. Thanks! Working great for me.. Once you finish the recording, open the user quicklist and add the recording in to Batch Command Script. The "Recording" function is based on X/Y axis so any windows that move around will be tough to program. Try using one of the "Align" batch command to snap the window into place before the Click happens. The Recordings also will work better if you break up them up into separate recordings so "Delay" can be added in between the steps. Also, it's better to use the BC editor to enter anything that uses a "key command", as the recording is for Mouse clicks and can't handle some complex key commands as well as the BC editor. Here is the video on how to use the "Record" function. youtu.be/YiZBW1UEBVk?t=29m56s
