I received my MTi2 this morning, registered it and have been installing the software. I'm ready to launch DP9 but I haven't received my iLok code yet. Any idea how long it usually takes to get the email with the code? I've always gotten my codes for other Slate products quickly.

I would check your spam maybe, or else the Slate team will be back Monday. Sorry for the delay... I am sure you want to get rocking.

Thanks Jameyz. I had already checked the spam folder with no luck. All of my other codes have come through successfully so I don't think that's the problem. I was hoping it was an automated process but I guess I'll have to wait until they're back in the office. The good news is that everything seems to be working as a basic touch screen so far. I just can't try out DP without the iLok authorization. I pre-ordered in Nov. so I can wait another day or two. Thanks again for the reply!

Hey Kismet,
Sounds like there may have been a typo when you made the purchase. Please email me and we will get you your code.
Kind Regards,

I've had the same issue. No iLok code email. Not in trash or filter, just no email.
Per the post above I've emailed Trevor directly.
I've also called many times, but no one ever answers and voice mail box is full and I can't leave a message.
Also submitted two support tickets and haven't heard from anyone via phone or email.
Very frustrating. All I have is a very expensive monitor.

Just an update.
I sent Trevor and email directly and he responded almost immediately, took my iLok account ID and within minutes I was activated.
Thanks Trevor.
