I received my Raven MTi2 a few days ago from Sweetwater Music. I registered it and activated it with my iLok account. Windows 10 recognized the Raven as a Touch screen and I was able to use the Windows Calibration software. I was able to obtain the latest Beta Software from Slate support. Response was quick however the first link I received for download was a .dmg installation package (Mac), the second attempt gave me access to the PC version and I quickly installed all components. One of the components is the Neyrinck Ney-Fi. It is suggested to have it auto start but Windows 10 does not allow this. I manually initiate it instead. The calibration component of the MTi2 Bea release does not work at all. The calibration screen shows with one set of crosshairs to initiate the process but it does not respond and I must exit out. After starting a Pro Tools session I start the Raven software and the Toolbar appears but nothing is functional. It will not close either. I can save and close the Pro Tools session but the toolbar remains. I have to utilize the Task Manager to terminate the Raven Tool bar. After several times of uninstalling, re-installing, trying different graphics cards, you name it, I tried it with no change in the results. So… at this point all I have is a very expensive Touchscreen Monitor with no Raven capabilities whatsoever. Guess that’s why it’s a Beta… Anyone else with more positive results?

I do have the same issue with ney fi on windows 10, however everything is working fine for me over here.. Do you have multiple monitors?? What do you mean one set of crosshairs? Is this on the corners? or is this the part where it is trying to determine which screen is your touch screen?? Try giving it a restart. Or maybe re-installing. Also, try only using the Raven screen and plug in your other screens once Raven is working.

The calibration component of the MTi2 Bea release does not work at all. The calibration screen shows with one set of crosshairs to initiate the process but it does not respond and I must exit out. Try clicking on "Configure" in the UPDD system tray, This should help if you have multiple monitors to launch the setup. support.touch-base.com/Documentation/50303/Configuration

After several attempts at reconfiguration and a system restore (just short of a clean OS install) I am up and running. The touchscreen calibration worked as well as the Raven Toolbar within a Pro Tools session. Now to get familiar with everything and test it all out. Thanks Jamey for all your help!

Hi, We're currently sorting a budget for a music production / audio post-production studio as a part of a big documentary film project and we were wondering if you'll have the Windows 10 support for Cubase 8 and Nuendo 7 by mid-2017?
Thanks!
You can email me updates on that at dobrevdeyan@gmail.com

PC? Windows? Cubase? 8? 9? Beta? Christmas?
Yep, signed the NDA. On the beta team, emailed Trevor. Been starring at an empty in box since February.
