Hi Trevor
Really enjoying some of the facilities in V3 - thanks very much!
Here are a few little issues that I thought I'd flag up, in case they are of help:
1. I don't seem to be able to delete a saved "panel" of BCs - the delete buttons doesn't work (I can go into the library and delete it manually though). 2. Clock display - this still doesn't seem to work - I assume this has not yet been sorted? 3. If there are some strange folk like me that have the Mac Dock on the left hand side, this can cause problems with Logic (not Raven) such that the windows don't align properly to the left screen. However, this did mean that Raven's automatic mixer alignment didn’t work - this is NOT a Raven bug but I thought it was worth highlighting as it caused me a headache until I worked out what was going on! 4. The Master fader in the Raven overlay isn't quite aligned but it does work. 5. I still don't seem to be able to select multiple tracks on the raven overlay in the way that I can on the Logic Mixer. This also means that the facility to select and control the faders of multiple tracks in an identical fashion isn't available using the overlay. 6. The solo button doesn't work properly in the mixer overlay - it doesn't like being turned off! But the mute button works fine! 7. I think there is a typo in the manual: p22 - should this say “restore” and “remove composite” - not “remove” and “remove composite”.
I have also been exploring the use of some home-made functions - a couple of which I had requested and appear to be there (in so far as the automator file exists)...but not actually available to the user, such as setting the logic screen for three racks. It would be good if these could be made easily available to the user.
Many thanks for the update - all going well so far...
Danny

Thanks a lot for the notes. Very helpful. Hi Trevor Really enjoying some of the facilities in V3 - thanks very much! Here are a few little issues that I thought I'd flag up, in case they are of help: 1. I don't seem to be able to delete a saved "panel" of BCs - the delete buttons doesn't work (I can go into the library and delete it manually though). Totally a bug, will fix very soon. 2. Clock display - this still doesn't seem to work - I assume this has not yet been sorted? I need to double check, but I think it is still busted. Very strange folks indeed ... Sorry for inconvenience, we are working on a fix for this. But, for now We'll change the Raven setup to account for this in the. Also, we recently added this to the known issues page.:: 4. The Master fader in the Raven overlay isn't quite aligned but it does work. I have noticed this too. It may have been to make room for VCA tracks that always appear to the right of the logic mixer.. 5. I still don't seem to be able to select multiple tracks on the raven overlay in the way that I can on the Logic Mixer. This also means that the facility to select and control the faders of multiple tracks in an identical fashion isn't available using the overlay. For now, i think you have to shift click the actually tracks in logic to get this to work. So press the shift modifier and click above the Raven mixer, almost to the top of the logic mixer. 6. The solo button doesn't work properly in the mixer overlay - it doesn't like being turned off! But the mute button works fine! Seems to work ok for me, is this an alignment thing? Or maybe depending on where the "Raven fader" is. If it is really close to the solo button it may block the solo. Sure thing, we will add that one into the main BC list. Thanks for all your input.

Hi Jamey Thanks for your reply. Very strange folks indeed ... Sorry for inconvenience, we are working on a fix for this. But, for now We'll change the Raven setup to account for this in the. Also, we recently added this to the known issues page.:: This is definitely a Logic problem - nothing wrong with the Raven software - its just something to note!Nov 22, 2015 12:35:57 GMT pirateman said:5. For now, i think you have to shift click the actually tracks in logic to get this to work. So press the shift modifier and click above the Raven mixer, almost to the top of the logic mixer. This doesn't work I'm afraid. Although you can select multiple tracks, the faders still only control the one fader - the others don't follow suit, unlike the behaviour in the logic mixer.
6. The solo button doesn't work properly in the mixer overlay - it doesn't like being turned off! But the mute button works fine! Seems to work ok for me, is this an alignment thing? Or maybe depending on where the "Raven fader" is. If it is really close to the solo button it may block the solo.I've had a good play with this now - and tried adjusting the alignment. The mute button is part of the Raven mixer whereas the solo (and also I and R) button is part of logic. When I remove the overlay, they work fine, but with the overlay in place, accuracy is very hit and miss - more miss than hit! It seems that the overlay sensitivity for the fader sits too far to the right of the fader - I can control the fader with my finger almost completely covering the solo button - so there is insufficient an area to hit the solo button...Could the buttons not be integrated into the overlay for these features? I'm afraid it just doesn't work properly on my MTi 1 - interested to know whether anyone else finds it different (I'm using the Logic mixer in its largest form - as in to enable all plugins). I Think it would be possible to integrate the solo buttons in to the mixer and make their touch area little bit bigger since They can be difficult to hit

Hello, I am loving my Raven! However I am experiencing the exact same issue (#6) When using the overlay, I cant seem to activate the solo buttons. Mute works perfectly. Is there a workaround for this?

Is there a workaround for this? I'm glad you have brought this up to because I've mentioned this issue to Jamey also so I'm glad it's not me. Does it also some times happen that you press the solo button and it goes on and off really quickly
