Hi, I'm an old Pro Tools user and using 12.1HD with a Mac trashcan and an Apollo 8. I also use Studio One V3 and am 'weaning' myself off of Pro Tools. I'm using 2 26" Samsung HDMI monitors with DVI inputs. These monitors run at 1900x1200 resolution. I'd like to be able to run both monitors and both MTi's at the same time. I'm currently running the monitors through an active TB (or miniport) to DVI adapter and they work fine. The Mac has 2 D300 video cards so I guess I should be able to run 2 monitors with each card. I'd like to continue using the two monitors if I can to keep racks and efx open when mixing.
I'm looking to get some setup info ahead of time since they won't be in stock for shipping for a few weeks. I have 2 thunderbolt ports available yet at the back of the mac so I don't think I'll need a dock or expander. I also have a 7 port USB 3.0 hub with 5 ports available.
What caveats should I be aware of? What cables and/or connectors will I need to purchase?
Apologies if this sounds sophomoric. Not having worked with the Raven or set one (or two) up, the process is a bit abstract to me at this point.

Def gonna need 2 thunderbolt to DVI connectors for the Ravens . The Raven software has a dual mode that spreads the toolbars over the first 2 screens. So your other screens will probably be furthest right, so u may have to drag windows over both Ravens to get to the other screens. I have never hooked up more than 2 Ravens screens so I am not completely sure how added 2 extra monitors will effect the Raven and touch software. But I bet it will work fine.

Also Studio one doesn't support dual touch screens as of yet.

Thanks jameyz! I know it might be a bit of a challenge, but if it works out it will be one heck of a setup! Thanks for the tips on the conns...ordered.
