So far no option to do this since "duplicate playlist" is just a key command. where I don;t think there is a key command for Delete unused playlist. Will be possible in the future using some type of mouse click, but not available right now.

Check out the "Clear Inserts" batch commands in the "Quicklist" you will find "Clear Inserts A-I" or the "Click inserts" can be followed with typing in "No" and "enter" on the action line and this will clear out the inserts or send.

3) Can I make a command to "clear all inactive inserts"

There is no way to tell which plug in is active or inactive so don;t think this is possible.

4) Can I make a command to "click trigger pad" in Beat Detective

Do you mean "Show trigger time"? I am not seeing this option in Beat Detective.

Search the Quicklist "Post" Tab for "Beat Detective" and you will find all the "Clicks" for beat detective.

5) Can I make a command for the dropdown menu "contains" in the selection part of the Beat Detective window. It would be great to be able to click the "3" for triplets as well

Great idea. This will require a new "click" BC. I will be sure to make it and have it in the next update.

6) While I was watching the video tutorial on Beat Detective, there was a command in the user list of "separate conform smooth". How can I make that?

Using the clicks in the "post" tab you should be able to make something like this.

7 I can't figure out how to customize my tool bar with only the commands that I want. I see the empty spaces to write batch commands, and I see how to move them around a bit, but how can I get commands from different layouts, 1-4 as well as different racks, and compile them all to "Layout 1" on my own BC set-up. Just the things that I use all the time from all the layouts.

Just save the BC from the layout you want. This will add it to your user Quicklist. Then select an empty BC and add the previously saved one from the "user" tab in quicklist.
