Is there a way to add a master stereo fader then a plugin on insert A and then one on insert B with one command? I would use the track preset hack to make the desired Master fader chain. Then save that to the track presets and launch it with a Batch Command. 1. SHIFT CMND N 2. CURSOR DOWN (REPEAT X10 or however many it is to get to the preset on your system) 3. Return.

The tracks list is the left sidebar menu that pops out to show the tracks and groups in the session.
