I just bought a brand new Raven MTi from Vintage King Audio. When I received the box, I did not receive a passcode card or any instructions for the stand/screws. This is a huge disappointment, since I expected to spend the weekend setting it up and learning to use it. If anybody from Slate browses these forums, I'd be very appreciative for some help. Hello donsusko, Sorry to hear about that issue. Sounds like Vintage King must have forgotten to confirm the Passcode card was in the unit if they received a return or something. My apologies for them and I'll be happy to resolve the issue. Please go to: slatesupport.com and open a ticket and send us in the ticket your email address associated with your Slate Account, iLok ID and which DAW you use. I'll take care of you from there personally so you can receive your software to start setting things up. If you need help with the stand setup, within the user manual, there are instructions on this which can be found in your Slate Account once I get you setup. Hello,
I just ordered a used Slate Raven Mti From Guitar center but they did not put the passcode or the stand in the box so we cannot set it up. Not sure how to get this handled but if anyone from slate comes across this forum it would definitely be appreciated so we can get this setup as soon as possible.

Hello, I’ve purchased the raven mti2 and haven’t receive a passcode in the box for registration.. Is the passcode the same as the serial number to the back of the unit or is it a number by itself? Please inform me on what to do.

Please inform me on what to do. Did you buy it used? When purchasing a used Raven, the previous owner will have to contact Slate MT in order to transfer the Registration to the new users account. Please have the owner submit a Registration transfer ticket. Also, the original owner will have to transfer the iLok to the new user's iLok account and pay the $25 transfer fee.

No, I’ve bought it brand new from the UK supplier. I haven’t even received the cleaning kit. I had to purchase one from them.

wow, I am going through the exact same thing!! I purchased an MTI1 from Vintage King and you guessed it, no passcode! I just submitted a trouble ticket so I hope to hear from you guys soon!!
