Thanks Jamey, I think the version is a problem, those clicks still don't seem to work with VocAlign Project 3 - the "Align" button is in a different place when I compare to a picture of VA4. With recording my own clicks - I should have mentioned, I'm using a Raven MTi2. When I click the "Record" button it snaps the mouse cursor to where the "Record" button is on the screen. It wont let me press the "Window Config 1" button in the BC to open VocAlign. If VocAlign is already open and I record the click, it still moves the cursor from the "Record" button. Any tips? The "Recording" function is based on X/Y axis so any windows that move around will be tough to program. But if you save Vocalign with a window configuration it will always open in the correct space. you can launch the window configuration with key commands. 1. NUMPAD . 2. NUMPAD 1-9 3. NUMPAD *

Not sure this is the most elegant way (I'm not a ninja like Jamey!) But I made this for Vocalign you need to have Command Focus on. If I have the guide track positioned directly above the track needing to be aligned, I select the region I want on the guide track and then run this:
