Hello:
So far, I have not had any luck with getting the Midi-to-Audio button to work.
I found a few items in the instruction video that were not in the embedded instruction manual in the software:
1. Selecting link track and edit. 2. Selecting link timeline and edit. 3. File > Bounce > import after bounce >> press escape to lock in changes. 4. Set cursor on timeline.
I did all of these things, but there is no activity at all. Nothing happens when selecting midi-to-audio.
On a separate note, in order to get all the windows to show up in each default layout, you have to set the Mac OS Display preferences correctly. System Preferences > Displays > select "more space" (finest text resolution).

Great input... please report back on if this fixed worked for you... also, we are adding new instructions to the manual..

Hello Jameyz:
I tried changing the layout to "music" under the settings tab, but that didn't work either. Not sure if there is some other "quick list" location that you mention. If there is, where is it?

I just downloaded the bclay file on your last post. The midi to audio works now. There are two versions. One is 660K and the other is 467K. Do I download both? They both have the same title.

Both your file names have "pt11" in the name.
And it's not working again. I got one track to work successfully. Now when I try the next track, I run into another problem with a message that the track has "too many characters" or something to that effect, and the BC button just shows "stop". Then BC seems to crash. Upon reopening, I get nothing again when trying to select the midi to audio button, even though I saved the layout with the new BCLAY file download.

Relaunch the BCLAY file again. Now I get a message, "no track exists at position 1S". Then another message to scroll to position -- I am supposed to enter some track position number. What do I enter? Is there some other manual work around for this? Crashed again.

Tried again. Now Midi to Audio button just shows "stop" and doesn't do anything more...
Is there an updated installer download? I downloaded my version a week ago. Should I try to install this again?

Is there some other manual work around for this? Crashed again. When it was scrolling to track 1 it uses Shift+S to solo the track.. But for some reason the scroll to track one didn't hit return before the solo.. Not sure why that would be.. Here are the scripts so you can edit. May need to add some more delay during the scroll to track part.... MIDI TO AUDIO.zip (10.53 KB) Hope this helps...

Not working here either. At least not consistently. Especially when selecting more than 1 track I'm in Pro Tools 12.4 Mac 10.10.2
I get the "no track exists at position 1S". also...or it just stops there

Especially when selecting more than 1 track I'm in Pro Tools 12.4 Mac 10.10.2 I get the "no track exists at position 1S". also...or it just stops there for Pt12.4 you are probably better of using Track Commit or freeze, or even just drag the midi track to an audio track and that will convert it... It looks like the "S" which is the solo is happening to fast or something. So it is getting added into the "scroll to track" command. It works pretty well over here, so i wonder if you there is some setting that is wrong. Here are some videos on using it.. And also a video i just shot of it working on my system, so check that out and see if you settings are similar. Also attached are the BCs if you want to import it and I added more delay so it should work better. MIDI TO AUDIO BCS.zip (13.43 KB)
