At first I thought it mades the plug inactive but in fact the plug is normally bypassed, but the view of the plugin is closed... Is it possible not to close the view of the plugin?

I'm a little confused.. Do you want the plug in to close after being bypassed???
If so just add CNTRL+CMND+OPT+W after the BC.
Or if you are on PT11 you can bypass plug ins with (SHIFT+A)(SHIFT+E)(SHIFT+D) depending on what type of plug it is..

Sorry for my english man!
I don't need another BC, it's just that the plugin GUI disappear while the plugin window remains open.
I would like to keep the GUI open when bypassing with this BC, and just have the bypass button in the plugin window lighting orange to show its in bypass mode

Wait; in fact my first impression was correct, the BC has a bug as it makes the open plugin inactive and not bypassed...

Wait; in fact my first impression was correct, the BC has a bug as it makes the open plugin inactive and not bypassed... I am not able to replicate the issue. There are two similar BC's one Bypasses and one Makes in active. Use bypass current open plug in to bypass open plug in window without hiding it.. hope this helps. peace Jamey Z

That's the one I used. The two BC do the same thing in my computer. I think its related to the inability of my computer to correctly select plugin by name in submenus... But I can't find how to correct that.

I think its related to the inability of my computer to correctly select plugin by name in submenus... I think you are right, There is something different about the keyboard or something. I will look into it.

So, as I said in the other thread, it's a keyboard pref thing; you have to choose U.S. as keyboard in your computer preferences.
