I'm trying to use the Audio to MIDI feature. I have gone through the manual and set my PT windows up, and have followed the instructions on the video pretty carefully, several times.
It does tab to transients, but it never hops down to the instrument track below to paste anything.
Any thoughts?

Keyboard focus? Try hitting semi colon and see if it moves down to the track. The code is
Tab Semi colon ; CMND V P
Repeat as needed

It was indeed the keyboard focus! Thank you so much! It works perfectly now. Did they mention that in the video and I just missed it? I don't remember it in the manual either.

Something I think they should add to the video, if you're trying to combine parts of a song using different midi notes, you have to use Alt(opt)-M instead of ctrl-v so it merges instead of overwrites. I wonder if the script can be adjusted for this purpose?

I can add a notation to the video that mentions that. I think there maybe another option for MIDI merge next to the conductor.. I will look into it
thanks..
