So in my flurry to upgrade my studio over the Black Friday weekend, I went on a plug-in buying frenzy As a result of not keeping accurate records, however, I purchased Batch Commander....and then a few days later purchased it again. I used the "Contact Us" link on the slatetm.com website about a week ago, asking if I could get a refund for the second one. I still haven't heard anything back, and haven't been refunded yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!
