In the supporting documentation for the MTi2, it states that the optimal angle is 40 degrees and I was wondering if someone could clarify whether this means 40 degrees UP from horizontal or 40 degrees BACK from vertical. The same document states that the range of the stand spans 10 to 55 degrees, which based on that seems to suggest these angles are in relation to vertical, however, looking at the technical drawings of the CORE Station, it looks as though the Raven sits 40 degrees up from horizontal. Obviously, at the end of the day, it's all a matter of taste, but it would be nice to at least try working the way that the product was intended to be used.

I prefer the 40 degree angle BACK so that the top of the screen isn't as high as if it was straight up. So when hitting anything on the top menu bar you don't have to raise your hand above your shoulder.
This also helps with comb filtering.
