The Flip tool bar is a great tool, but I think all raven users put in rack#1 of each layer the most important tools.
So let's say we are in layer 1, rack #1 and with the flip Toolbar we go to lets say Rack #3 would be great to have a button that takes us to Rack #1 in case we want to go to our fav rack quickly.
if we add the memory layout object to rack 3 (plus the limitation that we have 2 memory layers objects in each layer) if we touch layer 1 do not move if we touch layer 2 goes to rack #3 of layer 2
so to have an easy and faster navigation thru racks and layers a button/script that bring you back to Rack #1 the main rack of each layer would be great. 
Please try this idea, i am sure will enhance by a lot the work flow
