Since I upgraded to the 2nd MTi2 all seems functioning regularly except for the Batch commander which is not responsive. I don't know why. Made UPDD configuration, V-Control reset, Batch commander re-install... but nothing helps
Maybe it's because at launch Raven software loads the Raven Session that I had saved as the template session when I had only 1 MTi2. And now that I have 2 MTi2 maybe it doesn’t function properly…??
Besides, being the commander not responsive as it should do I can’t find the way to restore the factory default.
How can I do?

This is exactly why. You are running RAVEN in Single mode when it has been configured for Dual touch screens.

I would unplug one USB from dual RAVEN and open up back in single mode. Then, press the "Settings" button on the bottom right of the Raven toolbar. Then press "restore factory default".

This will bring back the splash screen where you can select DUAL mode.

Else, navigate to the User/Libary, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to Application Support/Slate Media Technolgy/Raven/ then delete the "launchprefs"

Looks like you are using a HDMI splitter or something, as the GUI is not showing on both displays.
