Hi there! Has anyone else had issues with the original Raven MTi not working with the new Macbook Pro 2018? It works fine with my previous laptop, a 2012 Retina, using a minidisplayport to DVi adaptor. With the new laptop, I bought one of these: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078JY7SFR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and an HDMI to DVi cable. The monitor stays in 'off mode'. I also tried using an Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adaptor plugged into the minidisplayport adaptor that I used with my old laptop, and the Raven still stays in 'off mode'. I tried the HDMI to DVi cable attached to my old laptop and the Raven worked fine, so I know it's not those cables. It could be the above adaptor from Amazon, but the USB and Thunderbolt ports on it seem to work fine. I've tried rebooting, zapping the PRAM, doing 'detect displays' in the Mac System Preferences, power cycling both the computer and the Raven, nothing works. Again, the Raven fires right up when I plug it into my 2012 Retina. Is anyone successfully using an original MTi with the new Macbook Pros?? Help!! Going to cross post this to the Slate group on Facebook as well...

Probably a cable / connector issue. discussions.apple.com/thread/8048712discussions.apple.com/thread/8085619
