Hey Raven users, Just purchased the Mti2 2 days ago and wish I could say I love it, but have not been able to get the whole experience. Purchased from Sweetwater and went as far as their tech support could take me. Spent more time with Raven tech support, only it's Friday and I believe I'm out of luck until Monday, so maybe someone here has had the same problem. By the way, I was not lazy and have digested every video I can lay my eyes on, again and again. I was finally able to run the Raven, all except being able to activate the E button and the automation R and W keys on the Raven mixer. I considered this a victory. This is something I will continue to work with tech support on. However after updating to the latest Mac OS 10.13.5 today and restarting I have now taken a huge step backwards. When I open Cubase 9.0 and then Raven, none of the Raven buttons work. None of them. The stop button by the way is showing depressed so there is communication with V Pro. The touch works and I can touch anything in Cubase and move it. Just not a single Raven button. Not one. Otherwise I would try the auto set up again. Is there a way to trigger this without pushing a Raven button? I believe I have become somewhat of an expert with this given my time involved, but I'm open to suggestions. Mac computer with Cubase 9.5

Well folks I figured it out as I'm mule type stubborn. Hopefully this will help someone in the future.... After fiddling with all the standard set up stuff, I figured the UPDD TUIO app needed a little loving. It actually says UPDD Daemon and looks like a little square symbol floating up there with the V Pro and gesture icons. I tried the test feature and the circle I drew was nowhere near my finger so I selected configure and pushed the four circles.. Still no luck! The only box left to mess with was the scaled or unscaled. I selected unscaled as it was on scaled and amazingly all the Raven buttons now work. Set the option back to scaled and they still work. Guess it just needed a nudge.

Be sure to add TUIO back into the startup items. Or re-install the touch driver.

Thanks, All good now except for the touch problem in the mixer. Hoping to restore touch to the edit settings button and read and write buttons on the mixer.... Solo and mutes are fine. Mixer lined up and all else is good.
