I'm running PT 11/10 on an iMac with a secondary display. In the manual, Batch Commander requires me to set the main display to my Mix Window.
The Pro Tools window arrangement I've been using for 13+ years has the Edit Window (main display) on the left and the Mix Window (secondary display) on the right.
Is there a way to move BC to appear on the secondary display (for me, my Mix Window)? If not, I'm not thrilled about both the prospect of having BC eat up real estate on my Edit Window, nor about the idea that I would have to rearrange my hardware setup for a plug-in.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks,
Scott

Just move the Top Bar to the screen with the Mix window. Your windows should stay the same, but you are changing the Menu Bar Locations and this will open BCer on that screen. Hopefully we can have a dual version out soon. You may also try putting the Macros on the floating window and not have any Racks in your edit window.. peace Jamey Z

At first moving the Top Bar seems to work, but now Pro Tools opens both windows on the secondary screen. Sure, it's simple to move the Edit Window back to the left hand screen, but I have a lot of sessions with lots of clients. If I can, I want to avoid the need to rearrange windows for every old session of mine.
Are there plans for a dual version release?

For now I would just stick to using a floating toolbar, but many of the "Add plugin" BC's are meant for the mix window to be the main window.. and not really meant for 2 or 3 screens.
Dual would be a little while away since it would have to resize depending if both monitors are the same size..

This way users can click it themselves ..
