Hi Jamey, I have 2 ravens. The leftmost Raven is #1, and the right side one is screen #2. (I also have 2 other screens, the left most edge of one lines up with the left most edge of Raven #1. See first pic.) I want to modify the organization of batch command buttons and palettes on my most used toolbar (which happens to be on the right hand Raven screen #2). When I select "customize toolbar," all of the toolbars are editable EXCEPT that one. The one I want to edit is dimmed out like the desktop and I can't interact with it. I tried switching the toolbars between the screens (putting that toolbar on the leftmost monitor) then selecting "customize", but the same thing happens then also. (See big attached pic showing both screens. Notice the dimmed out toolbar on the lower right.) Does this sound familiar at all? Any idea of what might be going on? Thx. George Attachments:

The forum is not a great place to trouble shoot issues like this as I need much more info on your system specs. Please use our support thread for RAVEN issues. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177Press the "Settings" button on the bottom right of the Raven toolbar. Then press "restore factory default". Each time Raven is updated users should Save their default Ravlay then "Restore Factory Default" and reset the user default.
