Hello. I have been trying to get the trial version of Batch Commander started with Logic Pro X 10.4. I have sucessfully entered the redeem code in the iLok Manager... But when I come to start Batch Commander, it presents me with this splash screen where I cannot select the Logic Pro X option because it is greyed out. If I go back to the iLok manager, I can select the entry for Batch Commander Pro Tools (I had to choose Pro Tools when I had to select the DAW prior to downloading the demo installer - is this the problem - selecting Logic Pro X gave an web error message). If I then choose the activate option, I get the following screen and cannot continue... What am I doing wrong? Help!!

It would help, when I go to the trouble of entering helpful screen-shots if the bulletin software would actually display said screen-shots. What with all of the iLok crap that I've had to contend with, I am fast running out of enthusiasm for Batch Commander. Come on someone and restore my faith, please!

Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Batch Commander.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

For screenshots, use the "add attachment" option in the reply, as they can't be added in quick reply.
