Not to pile on, but I will Software dev cycles are tough to keep up with. It is something I know a bit about in my daily life. But, not having support for an OSX release that came out in Oct, 2014 is not good. Getting solid relationships with API and other tool vendors needs to get better to shorten the time for release compatibility. By the time you get Yosemite supported, El Capitan (Fall 2015) is right around the corner. I have been on the sidelines waiting to purchase an MTI for my studio needs, but haven't yet because of the lack of support for PT 12 and Yosemite. I know you guys are at the mercy of Avid and other API vendors, but this is taking way to long. I want to have the confidence in the slate team to keep up with OSX releases and not drag almost a year behind.. Ok, off my soap box. My long winded point is that I am in line as well for your fix to Yosemite compatibility and anxiously await your updates.. thanks -Brad

Maybe I'm a little late to the party but I've been waiting to purchase a Raven since May. I've been running a Thunderbolt Mac Pro since then and unfortunately it came stuffed with 10.10.2 which is where I am still at. I also have been waiting for Pro Tools 12 compatibility and Pro Tools has dropped the ball again, not Slate's fault but here I am in the middle there also. I also use Studio One 3.0.2 and I understand Slate is putting together a package for that too...just not available...yet. I'm hoping to hear some good news so I can purchase a Raven...or two, if I can make them work with 2 26" Samsung Monitors...

Hi Willie,
The Raven and Yosemite issue results in a occasional flicker that is experienced using Raven's internal and external mixer. This flicker is cosmetic and does not affect the users control of the software. The issue involves a third party software that is utilized with Raven. This issue is also not present on all Yosemite systems which makes it difficult to address. In a coming update we have improved compatibility, although it is not 100% solved yet.
Thank you for your patience,

Hi Trevor,
I bought an MTi several months ago in anticipation of Cubase support which I was told was "imminent." (It's ok as I use Logic a bit also so thought I could use it with Logic in the interim.) I was thrilled when you announced support for StudioOne also.
However, I too am on Yosemite and having problems. I'm kind of dead in the water until the Yosemite fixes come out (and hopefully the final software support for Studio One and Cubase is released). Now that El Capitain is just a couple of weeks away, what are your plans? I don't plan to upgrade to El Capitain for awhile, however do you think that SMT will in general be one OS generation behind? Raven is quite complicated and relies on multiple vendors for all of the parts to work, so that may just be the reality. That's cool if we know to plan for it.
A little more transparency or specificity on time frames for the Yosemite / El Capitain? fix would be really appreciated.
Thank you.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the info, Raven 3.0 has graphic improvements that should resolve the issue.
Kind Regards,
