Hey fellow Raven users,
I've been running into an issue today after upgrading my system to High Sierra 10.13.2 that I'm kind of clueless how to resolve. So, after running through the upgrade I tried to open a pro tools session and load raven into it, everything opens up smoothly, but the only responsive button on the raven is the "hide" raven button on the left - everything else doesn't work anymore, only makes the mouse hover over the button when I try to touch it, the screen itself is touch responsive, everything is working but the Raven Software in a Pro tools Session.
I've been searching this forum and double checked afterwards if my Raven is on 3.3.2. - but since I actually just got the mti2 a few days ago, I was pretty sure that wouldn't be an issue. None the less I re-downloaded the Raven installer, reinstalled and suddenly the Raven worked again. But only until I restarted my Mac, then everything's back to unresponsive again and I need to reinstall Raven 3.3.2. once more to get it workin. I'm pretty sure the issue is something quite simple, but I checked my accessibility settings in the Security & Privacy Settings of the System Preferences Tab and went along with the setup part of the Manual to be 100% sure - everything should be setup as described in the Manual.
So, maybe somebody can help me to find out what I need to adjust in order to keep Raven working after a restart. Thanks in Advance

Be sure TUIO is set to open at login. Else, Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. and I will get you a new touch driver. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

I haven't made the leap just yet into HS or Mojavi. Aside from doing a Time Machine backup beforehand are there any precautions before I upgrade? I'm also wondering if I should do an ground up new OS install instead of transferring everything in via an upgrade.

The upgrade to Mojave will work fine, just be sure to update to the latest RAVEN 3.5.3 installer after updating.
