I just purchased the MTi2 Raven. I'm stoked but can't get it to work. The display settings on my computer don't look like the ones on your user guide or in the youtube videos.
When I make the Raven the main display I can control the mouse arrow with my fingertip but all of my icons and apps are on the screen of my macbook pro.
If I mirror the screens I can see everything on my Raven display but then touch control doesn't work.
The Raven control board at the bottom is unresponsive regardless of the display setting.
Please help! Any thoughts or suggestions? I am running the HMDI and usb to my computer. Should I also connect the blue connector? Perhaps thats the problem?
I downloaded all of the software. Am I missing a step somewhere? the Raven is also set up as my control surface in Logic and Raven Keys is set up.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
AO

Hi Jamey,
I'm using Macbook Pro laptop mid 2012 OS 10.12.3 - macOS Sierra 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5
I can use the Touch Screen controls in Reason 9.0 like a touch screen monitor would do but not the Raven Controls that I used the license for with Logic X.
Also, when I check the status of the UPDD the Raven is listed as Monitor 2? I believe it should say 1 but I have no clue how to change it.
When I click the display options i have the following:
-Mirror Built in Display -Mirror RAVEN MTi2 -Use As a separate display
When I select use as a separate display all of my icons and programs show on the macbook but not on the raven. The touch screen arrow for the mouse works if I touch the screen but I can't use the mouse on the macbook to select the program I want to use on the Raven. Clear as mud right!
Thanks for any help or guidance. Maybe I could schedule a support call or maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall??? Thanks again,
Andy

Thanks again, Andy Yeah, it should be monitor 1 and the RAVEN should be set to monitor 1 as well . The Raven works well with the iMac screen, however the Raven will need to be the main screen. Here is an article that should help explain how to setup Raven slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/226350487-Raven-and-iMac-setupHere is the calibration video.
