I have two MTI2'S and on one of them the image setting will not seem to save the settings. The setting in particular is under "Image Settings, Video Mode" and the choices are "PC Mode or Video Mode". When set on the video mode, the Mac task bar (at the top of the screen) is partially hidden and when in PC mode, it is then fully displayed as it should be. I have to reset the option every time I power that MTI2 up, the other MTI2 is fine. Am I not saving the option setting correctly? I'm puzzled!! Any advice would be very helpful, and thanks in advance!!

Well Jamey, as I went to submit a ticket to you, I started up the Mac and both MTI2'S came up properly so perhaps in my fumbling around with the buttons on the mti2 I actually saved the setting properly!! Go figure, I guess..... LOL. But I have also had some issues with some of my Raven command buttons not working properly and have actually had to re-program them to get them to work. The one that is most bothersome (and one I use a lot) is the Fade/Fades buttons. They don't work at all, and in fact when I go to the menu and choose "Fade" (or cmd+F) it brings up the Batch Fades dialog, and then if I select a curve for a fadeout of a selected region, as an example, it does nothing. So, perhaps that is a setup thing, I don't know and hopefully you can get me straightened out. If you would, please send me the links again for the proper setup for dual mti's, proper calibrations, and setting up gestures. I think I've got all of that ok, but I'd like to be positive. Thanks for your help!!

Thanks for your help!! Randy If fades don't work that is a pro tools issue, as any fades on the Batch Commands just use the key commands of pro tools. Click the Hand Icon in the menu bar and press "Configure". This will run through a setup screen, where you will need to "TOUCH" the X on the touch screen monitors, and "CLICK" the X on the screen that doesn't have touch. Here is the setup video for Dual Ravens on Mac OSX. If you open gestures and go to settings, you can then show Gestures in the Menu Bar. From there you can save and load gestures profiles to easily switch them around. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216754667-Setting-up-extra-UPDD-Gestures
