Hi there
I've just got a new MTI2 (selling my MTI1) and I have really annoying USB ground loop hum/computer noise when plugged in. The noise varies depending on what the computer is doing...ie. sat on homescreen, little noise. Open up Chrome, more noise, load a white or all black page, noise changes etc. Really irritating.
I've tried using USB port on macbook and also in a powered hub, same problem. I don't have other grounding issues, and I didn't with MTI1. I'm running from same power point (I believe that's the correct way to alleviate grounding problems). Any tips? Cheers

Can you plug the Raven into a different outlet??
If that doesn't help try a ground lift on the Raven power supply.
