Hello, Every time I create a mouse based click pattern it works for that session of batch commander. When I reopen that same session the next day with the windows in the exact same spot the mouse patterns no longer work. It keeps going to the wrong points on the screen. I have literally programmed it 5 times and it works every time, until I close BC and reopen the next day or 5 min later. At that point I have to recreate all of the mouse patterns and reprogram each BC. Can someone please tell me why this is happening. It is extremely frustrating.

It seems as if the mouse clicks are not being saved. if I click export to archive a mouse click I put it in a folder, but when I go to the folder it is empty. it seems it is not saving any mouse clicks after I close BC. I am on a Mac Pro 5,1 10.10.5. Pro Tools 12.7.1

I would like to edit my first comment and say that it does not go to the wrong point on the screen, the mouse click is simply not saved even though it has a name in my user batch commands. For some reason mouse click moves are not saving, only keyboard programming. When I save a mouse click it saves the name, but does not save the actual mouse click after BC is shut down. It only works for that open session, then poof, mouse click move name is still in my BC, but the actual move is empty. HELP. lol

In the meantime, try sticking with the pre recorded clicks from the Quicklist as these will save fine.

Yeah, I had it working for a while, but I updated to Sierra and now some of my mouse clicks in my export files batch commands does not work. I think it might be time to abandon this software since it is so temperamental and time consuming to set up. Two mouse clicks preceding work perfectly, however the third mouse click just does not even register with the system and then the whole thing goes haywire. I am trying to set up a simple Export Selected files as 24 bit, 96kHz wave by clicking bit rate, then 2, 4, enter. Then Sample rate then 9, 6 then enter and then export location, then enter enter. Bit rate works perfectly and sample rate used to as well, but not anymore. It worked perfectly for 3 months now is completely broken again. The mouse click issues seems completely arbitrary since I have complex mouse clicks programmed in my mastering set up, but these ones just refuse to work. I have reprogrammed the mouse clicks multiple times and it just does not register. This software is really helpful, but I have to say the implementation is very bad.

You will find default mouse clicks in the Quick List for all these items in the bounce window. They Quick list clicks will work better than the user recording ones. However there is a bug in the recording clicks when saving and restarting, so this is definitely your issue of why it won't save. I think the legacy Batch Commander 3.0 software doesn't have this bug though.

I imagine the bounce function will work the same as the export function? Just to be clear I am not bouncing, but exporting. Thanks for your time.

Thanks, I tried but the bounce quick key does not work for file export. gotcha, that makes sense, I will make some for those menu items in the meantime, until they can fix this bug in Batch Commander. Perhaps some of the other pre recorded clicks will hit those locations though if you feel like giving it a try.

I am on Sierra now and operations like wait for 3rd window to close or wait to fourth window to close do not work anymore. Could it be because I am now using a magic pad? And thank you for being will to make those click operations. I mixx my coded buttons so damn much you can hear my frustration in my first off color post.

Those work fine for me on Sierra.. Try only have the Edit window open and see if you see the little "Gear" icon in the top menu bar when you hit the Batch Command. Otherwise. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

If you save all your clicks to a RavPanel, then just reload the RavPanel when you restart your BC session. That seems to make the clicks work again. Save your clicks and Batch Commands to a Ravpanel. Close your bc session. Open BC and notice clicks don't work. load the previously saved ravpanel from the user quick list and overwrite the panel where the clicks aren't working. Clicks will now work.

Hey Jamey, Im having the same issue. Any ETA on a fix? Or is there a way to download the 3.0.0 version without the bug? I only see legacy versions of 2.0 and 1.0 in my account. Or how do I save rav panels to use your workaround? Thanks

Or how do I save rav panels to use your workaround? Thanks Sorry for this, we are working on getting it fixed ASAP. Just right click the panel name and save it to your user quick list. then when you reopen the BClay, just load the panel back over the original.
