The UPDD Hardware Settings may not be set to the correct screen, open the UPDD Console and in the Hardware settings be sure to set it to Monitor 1.
If using multiple monitors, set all monitors to "WHOLE" in the UPDD Console Hardware settings, then press "Configure All" next to the monitor selection. This will run through a setup screen, where you will need to "TOUCH" the X on the touch screen monitors, and "CLICK" the X on the screen that doesn't have touch.
