Or can the batch commander be used as a transport?? Which DAW are you running. The Raven touch screen would work, but the Raven App will not since it uses a special touch driver. I am not sure the Ravens touch driver would support the surface pro touch screen either.

We hope to support it for PC in a couple months. I have never tested Raven with the built in touch monitor, so I am not sure that the touch drivers will work together, I think it would have to be one touch screen or the other. As all touch screen types use different drivers, and you can't have 2 different touch drivers running at the same time.

Ok, I think I'm understanding what youre saying about "one touch screen or the other.." and I'm obviously NOT explaining myself properly. What I want to know is, is there a way to run the Raven software on a computer with a touchscreen, and NOT use a Raven touchscreen. Meaning, just take the software, install it on a computer with a touchscreen. Not connect a MTI 1 or 2 to a computer with the touchscreen. I JUST want to purchase the SOFTWARE by itself, using it on MY touchscreen computer. Does that make more sense??? Sorry to keep bugging you, and I apologize for not being more clear!!!

Hi, This is not possible. They Raven Software has to be used on a Raven Touch Screen. Due to speed and reliability issues this is the only way to insure low latency and accurate touch.
