Hi, it seems that the keyboard language is exclusively english yeah, most of the BCs have been programmed for QWERTY keyboards. For instance CMND Z or UNDO on Raven will not work on a German keyboard, since the Z is a U on that type of keyboard. However you can program these with your own keyboard. I could also help to build a layout for you language.

I was hoping for a full language support since I've bought mine (I'm in dual actually)....You guys should consider that this is a product distributed all over the world. Programming our own BCs is a big thing we can't afford. If I'm looking for a BC that's because I find them useful and FAST. I'd like to load it in my layout and that's it. What I don't like is to start troubleshooting a not working BC and re-write it from scratch. I think that full keyboard support is a MUST HAVE...like any daw has (and any OS, and any pro application). We're not talking about a full language translation because most of us is using English for our DAW, it's just a full keyboard -> OS -> Raven mapping. please please please could you work on this? jameyz I think you guys should take this issue to an higher level. cheers, H.

This is a big deal for us, and we plan on supporting it. I would be happy to help create a certain keyboard character BC or Menu item if I can. Send me the BC and language and I will build a ravlay for it.

I don't think it would be the solution. You wrote hundreds of BCs and they're already there...if one day I'd need one it would be in that moment...I can't troubleshoot, send you a mail and wait till you send your modded BC (we're in different time zones so much more time spent)..which is fine and I thank you but that's not the solution. I can't tag Steven Slate here and I'd like not to write on gearslutz thread.

I will try to get a layout going until we can devote all our resources into this issue.

Hi guys, as Jamey says it's a big job with language. I'll prefer to have a copy + editor of recording script and names than to have multiple language BC.

You can edit the recording scripts, you just need a XML editor and a bit of python knowledge. In order to navigate to the User/Libary, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder. This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to /Users/jz/Library/Application Support/Slate Media Technology/Raven MTi/Python/ProTools/Single/PT12

My OS is Yosemite in English and my keyboard is italian qwerty.
