The left Raven MTi2 calibrates; then, when the right calibration comes on screen, touching the + does nothing. I can proceed on to Pro Tools and the Raven software, but nothing on the right screen works properly. I've tried uninstalling the UPPD software and deleting what system things I could find; then reinstalling. But same issue.
Thanks for any assistance....I'm really getting kinda frustrated and desperate here......
MacPro (2012) 12 core OSX 10.12.1 Pro Tools 12.6.0 Dual Raven MTi2's

Thanks. I found that info after posting my question and seem to have got them working. However, I still have a strange issue.
They work great until I shutdown or restart the computer. After startup, the right screen will not function. I can go through the whole process again.....but the right Raven is simply ignored. This seems to be with both Pro Tools and Raven app running, or just doing routine computer operations in the Mac finder before ever loading a session.
I've found that unplugging / re-plugging BOTH Raven USB cables will correct the problem with going through the whole calibration setup again.....(must be both, not just the right screen USB). What would cause me to have to re-seat the USB cables each time?

Please email me and I will get you a new touch driver. jamey@stevenslate.com

I'll email you. However.......I'm on Sierra. I thought that I had read Sierra was ok. Was I mistaken? I had the replace a system drive last week and since at that time all my stuff seemed to be ok for Sierra, I just went ahead to it.

Please email me and I will get you a new touch driver. jamey@stevenslate.com I emailed you to the address you have listed. Were you sending me something directly? Or should I download something? If this is an El Capitan/Sierra bug, I believe I have the most recent Raven software already (3.2.0). Is what you have a beta version or did I not get the correct software?

Sorry to be a nuisance. I'm sure you have a lot going on. But I sure would love to get that new driver if you have the time to send it.

I have no spam filter on that account. I added a second address in the PM to you. Try that one if the mastermine one isn't working
